Buyer confirms Soft Offer and acceptance of the Sellers procedures, issues, and ICPO with Sellers procedures incorporated on the ICPO and buyer company profiles.
Seller issues Draft Contract and NCNDA/IMPFA sends to the Buyer, Buyer returns the Draft Contract duly signed and sealed with a copy of his BCL.
Seller sends to Buyer Partial proof of product (PPOP), through courier service. The Partial POP Document to be sent includes;
